TerraBlock 3.0 Upgrade Instructions

1. Preview the Upgrade |

2. Request a License To request a license, or to find out if your TerraBlock is covered under Software Maintainence, send an Email to license@facilis.com. Include:
If you have a current contract, you will receive a new license file. This licence file is necessary for operation of the TerraBlock server. Please allow up to 24 hours to recieve your license file for requests sent during weekday business hours. Do not upgrade without obtaining a license file. If you have more than one TerraBlock unit, you must upgrade all units. A mix of TerraBlock software versions is not allowed on the same network. You must be currently running at least version 2.0 to upgrade to 3.0. If not, there will be an intermediate step of a 2.0 upgrade. |
