TerraBlock 3.0 Upgrade Instructions


1. Preview the Upgrade

Thank you for your interest in TerraBlock 3.0. Please take a tour of our new features in the
3.0 Features section of the website.


2. Request a License

In order to upgrade to version 3.0, customers must have a valid support contract. Support and software upgrades are free of charge for one year after shipment.

To request a license, or to find out if your TerraBlock is covered under Software Maintainence, send an Email to license@facilis.com. Include:

  1. Your TerraBlock serial number (a silver tag on the back of the unit)
  2. Your company name and contact information
  3. The "TBLicenseData" file in C:/Program Files/Facilis/TerraBlock as an attachment

If you have a current contract, you will receive a new license file. This licence file is necessary for operation of the TerraBlock server. Please allow up to 24 hours to recieve your license file for requests sent during weekday business hours. Do not upgrade without obtaining a license file.

If you have more than one TerraBlock unit, you must upgrade all units. A mix of TerraBlock software versions is not allowed on the same network. You must be currently running at least version 2.0 to upgrade to 3.0. If not, there will be an intermediate step of a 2.0 upgrade.


3. Download Software

If you have a license file, or have already installed and need additional components, go to the
3.0 Download Center. Be sure to read the 3.0 Release Notes prior to installation.
